What we collect

We keep things simple. The personal information we collect through this website is:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company, and a message about your project.
• Correspondence — if you email us, we hold the contents of that correspondence.
• Event registrations — your name, email address, and company, so we can run the event.
• Usage data — we use Google Analytics, which collects information about how you use the site (such as pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type). See our Cookie Policy for the cookies involved.
• Technical data — our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps prior to entering a contract.
• To organise and run events you have registered for.

Who we share it with

A small number of service providers run this website on our behalf:

• Webflow — hosts this website and stores contact form submissions (in the United States); submissions also reach us by email.
• Google — provides Google Analytics (website usage measurement) and delivers the fonts used on this site.

Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law: each of these providers is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and our agreement with Webflow additionally incorporates the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

We never sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it — to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows — and we review what we hold periodically. Event registration data is deleted after the event unless you ask to stay in touch. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Analytics settings and Google's standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict our processing of it
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
